Place was not what it use to be. Barely had staff when we got there. Place could use a paint job. Restaurant downstairs was closed when we got there. It finally opened Thursday (we got there Wednesday). The small staff that was there were very friendly and helpful. Room did have a beautiful view.

We didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t complimentary, you have to pay for it. Hotel needs to be upgraded. The location was beautiful would look great in the summer. The guy at front desk was nice and so was our waitress. We would stay here again.

Nice and quiet place, polite staff, beautiful view to mountain and lake with Swan.
Room is comfortable.
At the reception, the girl from Jamaica was attentive and sweet to us, she helped us to get early check in and upgrade of room.
So sorry, no more Jacuzzi in this hotel 😢

Very dated floor and smelly. Our room smelled, remote for the TV didn’t work and the top comforters look like they’ve never been washed since 1980. Room was clean for the most part. Stayed here out of convenience for one night.

My girlfriend and I wanted to have a romantic weekend getaway and decided to stay here because of the view and we wanted a place with an indoor pool. Overall we had a good time and would stay here again. However, we had an issue with the elevator being really slow and we also attempted to play air hockey and other stuff in the game room but the game room is a disaster because most of the games are broken, and you have to get tokens rather than being able to use actual quarters. The sauna was broken as well. So some things at this hotel clearly need maintenance, but overall it's a relatively affordable place with character that's in an area with lots of stuff to do.
